Company or organization; literature and media elements will be provided in digital format unless otherwise agreed, in which client will be billed for scanning and media preparation at an hourly rate of $30.00 USD.
"Creative License" is granted by client and "www.yourwebsite.dom" to develop
and create internet web site domain, visual graphics, HTML coding and textual
content. Theme and elemental ingredients will be in accordance with the
understanding from the "meeting of the minds" during consultation. Copyright, Licensing and Trademark issues are sole responsibility of client and
"www.yourwebsite.dom". Client agrees to indemnify all parties involved in
internet web site design domain development initiative of "www.yourwebsite.dom" from any and all legal situations that may arise.
Add-ons, Extras & Updates:
Time overage due to client's "change of mind", modifications, or excessive changes due to an inability to decide upon final copy will be billed at an hourly rate of $30.00 USD. The client is aware she or he is solely responsible for all proof reading, spelling and grammar of her/his web site.
There are many possible Add-ons & Extras available, the sky is the limit! Consider adding "Flash Animations", "Audio" or Video" customized scripts such as "Newsletters", "CGI Forms", "Surveys" and much more can be added to your site, please consult us for details so that we may create the best possible solution for your needs.
