1. What does .tv stand for?
.tv is the top level domain indicator (like .edu or .org) assigned to the country of Tuvalu, a small Pacific Island nation. .tv is run out of an open registry, which means that anyone can register a .tv domain name, as long as they're willing to pay for it.

2. What is the advantage of registering a .tv?

4. What methods of payment can I use to pay for the domain?
We accept the following major credit cards for the purchase of domain names. (MC, AMEX, VISA)

5. How many years can I register for?
You may register for 1, 2, 3, 5 or 10 years.

6. What happens if my credit card is declined?
If your credit card is declined, make sure there are no spaces between the credit card digits and that the expiry date is correct. After you have confirmed all the information, resubmit the registration form. Please note that domain names will not be registered until payment is properly processed. If you continue to have problems, please e-mail us.

7. What if I was overcharged for a domain name?
If you were overcharged for a domain, please send us an e-mail from the registrant e-mail address so that we can look into this and credit your card for the appropriate amount

Please include the following: Domain Name, Date of Transaction, Contact Name, and Contact Phone Number.

8. How do I obtain a receipt for my domain?
Within a few minutes of your domain registration you will receive a receipt via email.

9. How do I change my DNS information?
You can change your DNS information by using our Domain Management Tool. To have your DNS (domain name servers/hosting information) changed, just go to our homepage and click on the Domain Management link. You'll need to remember the password that you used when you registered your domain. The changes you make will appear in our database right away, but please note that it will take 36-48 hours for this information to be changed across the Internet.

10. How do I make changes to my contact information on my domain?
You can change your contact information by using our Domain Management Tool. To change your contact information, just go to our homepage and click on the "Domain Management" link. You'll need to remember the password that y ou used when you registered your domain.
